Considering the significance of Soft Skills and effective communication skills to achieve success during the recruitment process, CCG&D is regularly conducting special sessions on developing and enhancing Soft as well as communication skills of the students. Regular sessions are being conducted by the team members of CCG&D to sensitize the students (Pre Final & Final Year) about the importance of soft skills and the employability skills. Classes have been included in the time table for effective delivery and practice. Attendance to these Classes is mandatory

The focus is on honing the professional skills by providing suitable examples and regular practice sessions and feedback. The self-learning tasks assigned greatly facilitate in enhancing effective soft skills in the participants, as per the ever changing requirements of the corporate world.
