Internet & Email Usage Policy Guidelines

Access to University Webmail is subject to approval for authorized staff, faculty, and students.

Surveillance and compliance monitoring are conducted periodically to safeguard infrastructure integrity.

Accounts must not be used for unauthorized letters of intent, commercial POs, or tender documentation.

Users are fully responsible for all security activities under their assigned @iul.ac.in User-ID.

Password changes must meet complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters with numbers and special symbols).
